The apartment
- This freshly renovated apartment is located under the roof of this genuine mountain chalet.
- This comfortable apartment comprises a large living-dining room, equipped with two large picture windows to take full advantage of the breathtaking view.
- The fully-equipped modern kitchen (oven, microwave, freezer, extractor fan, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle...) comes with a small balcony facing south-east, perfect for breakfast in the sun.
- The cosy master bedroom features a large dressing room.
- The bathroom features a walk-in shower and colored spotlights, perfect for any setting.
- The second sleeping area is in a mezzanine, accessed by a miller's ladder, perfect for adults and children over 6.
- A ski locker is also provided.
Traveler access
The chalet has private outdoor parking. A free shuttle service is available in summer and winter.

It was the perfect place to stay for the week. Located in a beautiful mountain valley, the apartment was authentic to the region in style, yet renovated to a very high and modern standard. Everything worked brilliantly, it was clean and tidy, and there were all the modern amenities such as underfloor heating. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful week in Gianni's lovely apartment located on the upper floor of a recently renovated chalet. The apartment is very clean and well equipped.
The large windows offer magnificent views of the mountains, and the sound of the stream is very pleasant.

I really enjoyed staying here. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, right between the two ski areas of La Plagne and Les Arcs (Paradiski). A free shuttle takes you to the base stations (Vallandry and Arc 1800) or an intermediate lift (Lonzagne TV – "Le Villaret"), almost opposite. We, a couple of digital nomads, stayed for a month and everything was there to make our stay a success.
The apartment has been recently renovated, and we really like the modern feel compared to many other places in the mountains.
Gianni and Mattéo are excellent hosts, super responsive and proactive. Also, a big thank you to Gianni's family who live next door, they were super nice, welcoming, and helpful. If you come by electric car, there is a normal outlet near the parking space that you can use.
This is an apartment on the upper floor of a small house that has recently been tastefully renovated. The views of the forest, the sound of the stream below, the amenities, the parking space right outside, Gianni's responsiveness—everything was perfect, really!
